From the sauce to the meat cooked to perfection—we take pride in the fact that we prepare everything ourselves and operate almost entirely without using pre-made foods. In return, we provide our chefs with a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen featuring spacious prep areas. From the head chef to the dishwasher, our young team of 15 employees works together respectfully, ensuring we deliver quality even during busy periods. Regular training ensures our employees remain highly skilled.

At our time-honored restaurant, we make it a point to be good hosts. It’s no coincidence that we have many regulars who keep coming back for exactly that reason.

Whether at the bar or right at the table, you’ll welcome guests and serve them our French cuisine. If you haven’t mastered these skills yet, we’ll teach you how to set the table, flambé, and carve properly. In our diverse team—ranging in age from 16 to 74—we’ve got each other’s backs to ensure our guests are well taken care of, even during busy times.

Your favorite show doesn’t have to be “The Office”: With us, you’ll have friendly coworkers and tasks that aren’t stressful: answering the phone, writing quotes, and taking reservations. Are you in?

In the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. And your responsibilities will be just as varied as our customers are. One day you’ll be taking reservations from theatergoers, the next you’ll be organizing events for tourists from all over the world or drafting proposals for corporate clients. As part of our small office team of three, you’ll be on the job from day one—because there’s always something going on at our four restaurants (Ganymed Basserie, Brechts Steakhaus, Vincent Pianobar, Bar à Vin).
