Desired Menu and drinks

To cater to your special needs use our "Ganymed Individual Menu"
Choose your favorite 3 - or 4 course menu from our assortments for your private event or company event. The asterisks following the assortment are a guideline indicating price. The menu price per person ranges from 30,- € up to 55,- €. The chef has exclusively given wine suggestions, indicated after each main course, that best accompany the dish.

When reserving a group of people with us, naturally you would like your meal to be served at the same time; that can be difficult for us, if the restaurant is quaintly full.  To ensure the quality of our dishes, we prepare our meals with fresh ingredients as they are ordered. The preparation time varies extensively for different dishes. We, therefore, recommend making a reservation for groups of 10 people or more using one selected menu rather than ordering a la carte.
This way we can guarantee you a perfect and simultaneous experience. 
Under Your Event section you can find many ideas and recommendations for your individual menu. Naturally, we cater to special requests for items from the individual menu for those guests with vegetarian or gluten- / lactose free sensitivities. Special preparation must be taken into consideration. Please inform us of these requests when making your reservation.

Should you not be satisfied, we can provide you with an extensive wine list.
We are all to happy to provide wines that are not listed on our Wine Menu.
